BOARD RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Update training materials and strategies for teaching new and returning officials
  • Coordinate state-wide classroom training clinics
  • Document and report to the WWLOA Registrar the attendance of classroom clinics
  • Offer support with classroom clinic training, on-field training and evaluations

BACKGROUND

BOARD RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Started playing lacrosse as a high school freshman back East, walk on attack player (3rd home-remember that?!?!) at Hartwick College, ending her career as a 2 year All-American and a bid to the NCAA Final 4 Tournament. 
  • Women’s Lacrosse Official since 2012, Credentialed as a USA Lacrosse Certified Trainer and Observer.  Officiates youth, high school, college club, and NCAA levels. 
  • Started and developed 2 of the 3 high school girls lacrosse teams in Spokane, currently coaching the Spokane Stealth, and Lilac City High School Select. 
  • Also served on the Board for Spokane Youth Lacrosse as the Director of Girls officiating. 
  • Obtained her dream job as a Pediatric Physician’s Assistant at Rockwood MultiCare, Spokane in 2017.
  • Has a kids attending Whitworth College and WSU, and one still in high school.  Also loves golf, skiing, hiking, pickle ball, and traveling anywhere warm.
